Hip-hop power couple Coi Leray and Trippie Redd have just dropped the mic: they’re expecting their first child together!
The news sent fans into a frenzy on January 1 when Leray, 27, took to Instagram to share her excitement.
Known for her smash hit “No More Parties”, the rapper revealed the pregnancy with a series of radiant snaps, proudly declaring: “I’m a rock star mommy 💋🥹 we ready for 2025 🖤.”
If that wasn’t enough to get everyone talking, she also confirmed on her Instagram Stories that she’s over four months pregnant.
“I’m just small as hell, of course,” she joked, staying true to her playful personality.
For Leray and Redd, 25, this baby is the latest chapter in a love story that’s kept fans guessing over the years. The pair briefly dated back in 2019, a romance that inspired Redd’s song, “Leray”.
The track dives into the ups and downs of their relationship with lines like, “When you got with me, you were a genius / Now without me, you have to live life as an idiot.”
After parting ways, both rappers focused on their careers and, in August, sparks started flying again.
Leray had fans speculating when she shared a sweet video call moment with Trippie on X (formerly Twitter), writing: “Sleeping on FaceTime, waking up on FaceTime.”
The couple have not announced the sex of their baby and appear to be keeping it private for the time being.
