Nota Baloyi hit back at Mac G and Sol Phenduka for comments made about him on a recent episode of their show, “Podcast and Chill”.

This comes after Nota was released on R5 000 bail following serious rape allegations.

During the podcast, the presenters discussed Baloyi's situation, stating that while he may have a point, the key issue is the woman's right to say no.

Mac G remarked: “Nota could be right in everything he’s saying but the moment she said no, it doesn’t matter.” Phenduka supported this view, mentioning that deleted text messages showed the woman said no and resisted him.

“A no means a no,” he added.

Feeling that his reputation was at stake, Baloyi took to X to share his disappointment. He argued that Mac G and Phenduka should not try to turn their fans, known as Chillers, against him.

“MacG & Sol Phenduka can never make chillers turn against me… They will be there for me no matter what because I was there for MacG before anyone else was!”

“Defamation is about intent, can the reasonable person agree that the statement you made was intended at harming someone’s good name. It’s not a beyond reasonable doubt test. Trust me I’ve been through an entire high court case to learn this first hand,” Nota added.

“When the META are certifies you know what Sol Phenduka will have to pay for that heinous allegation about deleted messages… Let her know she’ll pay off my lawsuit debts, what a generous girl!”

X users commented on the various tweets.
