Queen Bey, as she’s fondly known, brought the heat to the NFL Christmas Day Halftime Show, which aired on Netflix on Christmas. The highly anticipated performance certainly did not disappoint, as Beyoncé delivered a captivating set that left viewers' jaws on the floor.

In November, the 28-time Grammy winner teased the event with an Instagram post that sparked excitement. The post featured the singer in a cowboy hat, standing behind a microphone on top of a car covered in red roses.

The game took place in Beyoncé’s hometown of Houston, Texas, during the Texans vs. Ravens matchup at NRG Stadium and aired on Netflix as part of the streaming service's first-ever NFL Christmas Gameday.

She kicked off her performance on a horse as white as clouds, singing a rendition of “16 Carriages,” a song from her latest offering, “Cowboy Carter”. She then seamlessly transitioned into “Blackbird” and “Ya Ya,” followed by other hits such as “Spaghetti,” “Levi’s Jeans,” “Jolene,” and the beloved “Texas Hold ‘Em.”

That wasn’t all. Beyoncé was also joined by collaborators from her critically acclaimed album, “Cowboy Carter” including Reyna Roberts, Tanner Adell, Brittney Spencer, Tiera Kennedy, Shaboozey, and Post Malone.

Adding to the excitement, she performed alongside her 12-year-old daughter, Blue Ivy, as well as the Texas Southern University Ocean of Soul Marching Band. Blue Ivy also took part in the choreography, further leaving viewers impressed with her improved and energetic moves as well as charisma.

The NFL Christmas Day Halftime Show was the perfect reminder of why Beyoncé is, in fact, the queen of live performances.
