Renowned trumpeter, vocalist, and music director Mandisi Dyantyis is set to host a deeply spiritual and cultural concert experience, “Intlambululo: Ukuhlambulula”.

Promising to be a unique blend of music, tradition, and spiritual renewal, this concert is scheduled to take place on August 31 and September 1 at Johannesburg's iconic Market Theatre.

“Intlambululo: Ukuhlambulula” translates to “Cleansing: To Cleanse Ourselves”, drawing from the diverse range of South African cultural and traditional customs.

The concert aims to provide attendees with a transcendent experience of spiritual purification and renewal.

Traditionally, the concept of cleansing - central to this event - involves going to the ocean to wash one's face and dip one's feet. This represents a symbolic release from past burdens and a fresh start in one's journey.

Known for his soul-stirring and emotionally charged performances, the “NguMama” hit maker will not only perform beloved tracks from his acclaimed albums “Somandla” and “Cwaka” but will also introduce new music from his forthcoming album, “Intlambululo”.

The concert promises an immersive experience, weaving together new music, traditional rituals, and communal participation as attendees embark on a path of spiritual rejuvenation.

Tickets for "Intlambululo: Ukuhlambulula" live concert are now available for purchase at Webtickets.
