Where your headache forms depends on what part of your body is being affected.

She starts off by saying that if you have a pain in the back of your head it means that you are stressed out and it’s time you need to relax.

If you feel the pain on the top of your head, it means that you need to eat something or drink water.

Headaches that are felt on your forehead mean that you need more sleep.

If it is felt around the eye area then it’s probably your sinuses.

“Get some medicine, exercise, sleep or steam,” she suggests.

If the headache feels like a tight band around your head, then it’s a tension headache and it’s time to get away from bright light and your screen.

If the pain is felt over your one eye, then it’s probably a cluster headache.

She suggests that you should have it checked out by a doctor.

Neck pain that leads up to your head is most likely a cervicogenic headache.

She suggests that one sees a chiropractor and a physiotherapist.
