Youngstown - Police in northeast Ohio say a shooting at a fraternity house near the Youngstown State University campus killed one person and wounded 11.
Youngstown police Lt. Franklin Palmer says the shooting happened early Sunday and at least one suspect has been identified but no arrests have been made. He had no information on whether police believe more than one gunman was involved.
He also says he has no information on the identities or conditions of those wounded.
