A nurse/caretaker is in hot water after she took videos of herself twerking on the heads of two disabled men and posting it online.

19-year-old Lucrecia Koiyan from the US went viral for the shocking clips and was subsequently arrested. In one of the videos, Koiyan is seen grinding on the head of a shirtless male sitting in a bathtub before reaching into her pocket for a pill box and popping one into his mouth.

In the second video, she is shown wearing scrubs and dancing suggestively over another disabled man who sits without moving on a chair. The healthcare worker has accused of being ableist, being discriminatory towards the disabled.

Social commentary YouTuber, Atozy commented: "It is almost like TikTok is perpetual social experiment in search of a new societal low...What is wrong with people? Why can't you just do your job correctly and not act out for some TikTok attention. Where was the upside here?"

The abusive conduct was reported to the Loganville Police Department, who executed a search warrant on Koiyan on January 23, according to its media statement.

They revealed that Koiyan was arrested and charged with one felony count of exploiting a handicapped person. She could get up to 20 years in prison for the alleged crime.

Loganville police chief MD Lowry told USA Today that they were appalled and disgusted that Koiyan would create such a video where she is violating disabled people.

"As police officers, our highest duty is to protect those who cannot protect themselves, and my detectives worked as swiftly as possible to bring charges in this incident," Lowry.
