Mzansi's former first lady of rugby, Rachel Kolisi, has been making waves on social media with a cryptic post that might hold a juicy message for her followers.

In an Instagram Story, Rachel shared a mysterious quote saying: "Those fake checkups don’t work on me. I’m good. Mind your business ... Kind regards."

Rumours are swirling that it has to do with the alleged new woman in Siya Kolisi's life.

While it’s not exactly clear who she’s talking about, netizens are speculating that it could be about the "fake friends" in her life, especially after she unfollowed Saskia Snyman, the wife of rugby player RG Snyman, on Instagram recently.

The pair previously followed one another and frequently interacted on the platform.

Rachel was known to like Saskia’s posts, while Saskia often left supportive comments on Rachel’s content.

It appears that Saskia has been spending time with Rachel John, affectionately known as "the other Rachel".

It was reported online that the Springbok WAGs, Layla Kolbe, Domenica De Allende and Rachel John were spotted in Dublin together ahead of South Africa's clash with Ireland.

The plot thickens as John has been spotted supporting Siya at various events, including an Italian tennis final where they were seen courtside together.

Aside from the subtle yet very direct swipe, Rachel has been focusing on her own healing journey after separating from Siya.

In a recent post, Rachel posted a video montage with the caption: "Fall in love with showing up for yourself again and again."

The video shows snippets of Rachel putting herself first.
