It’s giving the party is over, but the lights are still on as Tyla gears up for what comes next.
The singer has started clearing the runway for her upcoming sophomore album, “A-Pop”, making subtle but very intentional changes on her social media.
Over the past few days, fans have clocked that the singer has made a series of subtle but telling changes on her Instagram.
The playful “U wanna party w me?” line has disappeared from her Instagram bio, the “We Wanna Party” (WWP) tour link has been replaced with her website, and her once cheekily named @wewannapartyyyyyyyyy account has been rebranded to @tylafans.
That change alone would have been enough to get fans talking, but the Grammy Award-winning singer added fuel to the speculation with an unexpected sneak peek.
A screenshot of her posing in front of a whiteboard has been making the rounds on X, with fans convinced it offers a glimpse into the possible tracklist for her upcoming album, “A-Pop”.
The whiteboard appears to be split into two columns, with different song titles listed on each side. This led to theories flying.
Some fans believe the titles on the left may be tracks from her 2025 mixtape “We Wanna Party”, " which did not make the final album cut, while the right-hand side could point to brand new material meant specifically for “A-Pop”.

Tyla has not confirmed any of it, but she has not shut it down either. As if that was not enough, there is also a new song snippet doing the rounds online.
Fans have linked the sound to a song rumoured to be titled “Deep Down”, which Tyla has been using when posting on social media. The snippet has already found its way onto TikTok, where users are creating videos using it.
All of this comes after Tyla officially confirmed “A-Pop” as the title of her sophomore album during Grammy Awards week, moments after picking up another accolade for “Best African Music Performance”.
Speaking at the time, she explained that this album represents a different headspace from her debut.
Where her first album came together during a chaotic, fast-moving rise to global fame, this time she is more settled. Clearer. More intentional.
She has spoken about slowing down, experimenting, and allowing the project to take shape naturally, rather than forcing it to meet expectations.
She has also been careful to frame the upcoming album not as a reinvention, but as growth after turning 24.
