British actress, Phoebe Dynevor recently shared that if she gets the call to reprise her role as Daphne on "Bridgerton", she will come back.

Many “Bridgerton” fans have been wondering why Daphne Bridgerton no longer appears on their screens.
There have been quite a lot of assumptions in the past about her exit from the show, and the actress has recently clarified it all.
Phoebe Dynevor, popularly known for her role as Daphne in the debut season of Netflix's “Bridgerton”, has finally set the record straight about her return to the show.
In an interview with “Collider Ladies Night”, Dynevor explained that she has not been asked back since her brief appearance in the second season.
“I would always come back if I was asked,” she added, “I just want to say I have not received a call, and when I get that call, I will be there if I can.”
For those who may not know, the 30-year-old British actress led season one alongside Rege-Jean Page as it followed Daphne’s love story with Simon, the Duke of Hastings.
The first season became a hit series, and fans fell in love with Daphne and Simon’s love story.
Although she did return for season two of the hit series, Dynevor has not returned for seasons three and four.
This prompted fans to frequently ask for her return; however, the actress still did not return.
Dynevor further revealed that when the first season of the show premiered, the producers hadn't fully established plans for the return of the lead characters.
“When the first season came out, they didn't know what they needed to put in place,” she explained.
“So we were like the ones that got away, I think, in a certain way. But I would always come back if I were asked."
Meanwhile, season five, which focuses on Francesca Bridgerton (Hannah Dodd) and Michaela Sterling (Masali Baduza), is currently underway in London.
This marks the show’s first queer love story during the Regency period since Michaela replaces Michael Stirling from Julia Quinn's novels.
According to online reports, the upcoming season focuses on the pair after the loss of Francesca's husband, John.
