Once Upon a Time in Joburg

American R&B duo Dvsn (pronounced division) is set for an electrifying performance at this renowned event in Joburg this weekend.

The two-man band, which consists of Daniel Daley and producer Nineteen85, are renowned for their hit debut album “SEPT 5TH” and their smooth vocals and captivating performances, are sure to deliver an unforgettable experience.

The other stars who are also part of the line-up include Grammy-award winning musician Una Ram as well as Langa Mavuso, Filah Lah Lah and British artist Jaz Karis.

Where: Marks Park Sports Club in Emmarentia.

rAge Expo

Gamers are in for a treat as the rAge Expo returns for some festive fun in Jozi this weekend.

The four-day event includes esports tournaments, cosplay, and hands-on game demos, while merchandise will also be on sale.

Local gamers can also showcase their latest games, and there will also be brand-new zones this year.

Vafa Naraghi live

Comedian Vafa Naraghi is bringing his “Becoming South African” one-man act to the Lyric Theatre. The show traces his journey from growing up as a Persian boy in Mahikeng at the tail end of apartheid to becoming a multilingual performer who has lived and worked across South Africa.
