Hailey Bieber revealed that navigating the negative opinions she's faced over the years has been challenging, but her husband, Justin, has helped her handle the difficulties of being in the spotlight.

When it comes to years of online criticism, no one has dealt with it more than American model and Rhode beauty owner, Hailey Bieber.
From the constant comparisons with her husband’s ex, Selena Gomez, to her relationship with Justin, constantly scrutinised and fans dragging her brand, it has been a whirlwind ride for Hailey.
In an online interview with “Vogue Australia”, she opened up about how having Justin by her side has helped her deal with the constant online backlash.
“Talking to anybody who has that understanding is always comforting because it’s really hard for anyone else who never experienced it to understand how it really feels,” she said.
The 29-year-old further shared that since Justin has been in the spotlight since childhood, he is experienced at handling online negativity and has been a significant help to her in learning to cope with it as well.
“And then, of course, I got married to somebody who’s been dealing with the most intense amount of scrutiny since they were so young. So, I think having a partner that really understands it is definitely the main source of comfort and understanding,” Hailey said.
The model said that it’s helpful to be surrounded by people who have also experienced their fair share of public backlash. Dealing with constant negativity never gets easy.
“I think it doesn’t ever really get easier, if I’m being honest. I think it’s always difficult to be dealing with so much noise and so much outside opinion and perspective, and constantly being perceived all the time.
“Things do tend to roll off your back, but it doesn’t ever make things less intense or less hurtful,” she said.
For years, the mother of one has dealt with people having negative opinions on her personal life.
When she started dating Justin and they got married, things became worse because Gomez’s fanbase would constantly create narratives about their marriage based on 5-second clips or even small interactions.
Her business has been constantly scrutinised as fans compared it to Gomez’s. A recent comparison was the similarities between the Rhode brand trip and the Rare Beauty brand trip.
Fans shared that the brand trips are nearly similar; they happened at the same time, have the same theme and more.
