Kamal CISCO Flashback 2025: Our staff is important to us

In a year filled with memorable events, Kamal CISCO has placed a spotlight on the invaluable contributions of its staff, as well as the importance of community involvement. From special occasions to team-building moments, 2025 represents a year of warmth and recognition that resonates within the company and beyond.

The year kicked off on a high note in July when Premier Allan Winde, accompanied by Consul General of India, Ruby Jaspreet, visited Kamal CISCO to unveil the Foundation Stone for the much-anticipated Rooftop Solar Project. Despite an unseasonably wet day, the Premier took time to tour the factory, demonstrating a keen interest in operations and efficiency. His visit also included a symbolic tree-planting ceremony to commemorate the occasion, showcasing Kamal CISCO's commitment to sustainability.

On Women’s Day, HR Manager Dyan Lee hosted a special gathering for all female employees. The event featured an engaging talk on the significance of women’s contributions, alongside enjoyable hand treatments that provided relaxation and rejuvenation. This initiative symbolised Kamal CISCO's commitment to recognising and uplifting its female staff, fostering a nurturing and inclusive workplace.

As Halloween approached in October, the spirit of fun took centre stage with a lively dress-up day led by the Accounts department. The staff embraced the festive atmosphere, exchanging scary treats that delighted the entire administration. This event was not just about costumes; it represented a key aspect of the company culture where fun and camaraderie thrive.

October also saw the introduction of Kshitij Gagan, the new Director and son of the Chairman, to the admin staff. Welcomed with enthusiasm, Kshitij brings a fresh perspective and youthful energy to management, stirring excitement about the future of the company.

In the spirit of the festive season, a group effort in November transformed the reception area into a cheerful hub of Christmas cheer. With twinkling lights and holiday tunes setting the scene, staff members collectively contributed to creating a vibrant and welcoming environment, reinforcing the team spirit that defines the Kamal CISCO community.

Sport enthusiasts within the company also found joy in friendly competition with the “Guess the Score” internal WhatsApp group, providing a light-hearted banter in conjunction with major rugby matches. The winner enjoyed a well-deserved reward of snacks, emphasizing the social fabric that bonds the team of Kamal CISCO.

Beyond the camaraderie inside, the green space in front of the Kamal CISCO admin building functions as a tranquil sanctuary for both staff and wildlife alike. Hidden from the roadside, a serene pond supports a community of guinea fowl, while the lush trees offer shade and nesting opportunities, allowing nature to flourish within the corporate landscape.
