The Klerksdorp police are appealing to the community for assistance in locating 41-year-old Ramagatsi Isaac Molefi, also known as Mazaza.
Molefi is allegedly part of a syndicate accused of stealing clients’ bank cards in Klerksdorp by distracting them at ATMs and withdrawing money.
He was previously arrested and granted bail, but failed to re-appear in the Klerksdorp Regional Court. Molefi also has previous convictions for theft, some dating back to 2019.
The police request that anyone with information that could help trace Molefi contact Investigating Officer Warrant Officer Connie Nepgen of the Klerksdorp Detectives at 068 906 5410 or 018 464 5028, or the Klerksdorp Branch Commander, Col JC Scholtz, on 082 568 6264.
