DJ, publicist and fashion designer Maria McCloy has died at a Johannesburg hospital following heart failure.
Maria McCloy has died at the age of 50, her family confirmed in a statement on Wednesday.
According to the statement, McCloy passed away on Tuesday evening, May 12, at Milpark Hospital in Johannesburg following heart failure.
McCloy was known for her work as a DJ, publicist and fashion designer.
She is survived by her mother and sisters, Thandiwe and Natasha.
The family has requested privacy as they mourn her passing and thanked the public for the messages of support and condolences received.
Details of her memorial and funeral service will be announced at a later stage.
