Dainfern College Class of 2025 achieves 100% pass rate for 24th consecutive year

Dainfern College is celebrating the exceptional IEB National Senior Certificate results achieved by its Class of 2025. Founded in 1997 and located in Fourways, Johannesburg, the College is an independent, private community school that offers a holistic programme grounded in academic excellence.

The 2025 Grade 12 IEB students achieved a 100% pass for the 24th consecutive year, including a remarkable 100% bachelor degree pass, meaning all 68 students have qualified for university entrance. The cohort earned a combined total of 131 distinctions, averaging 1.93 distinctions per candidate, with 19% of the grade achieving an average of 80% and above.

Exceptional individual performances were highlighted by the 2025 Dux Scholar and student head of Academics, Kelly Philps, who earned nine distinctions, including an outstanding 99% in Mathematics. Head Girl Mandisa Phakane achieved six distinctions, while William Schneeberger, Aliya Rawjee, Cadeyrn Cox, and Kelly Lloyd also earned six distinctions each.
