International R&B star Tamia is set to return to South Africa this August, headlining The Biggest Women’s Month Celebration Tour Experience across three major cities.
The announcement follows her acclaimed 2023 tour, which saw the singer perform to packed arenas in Cape Town, Durban and Pretoria, with fans singing along to a catalogue of hits spanning her decades-long career.
Audiences were treated to nostalgic performances of songs such as So Into You, Stranger in My House and Officially Missing You, a setlist that reinforced her enduring appeal and strong connection with South African fans.
The 2023 run was also widely praised as one of the standout live R&B experiences in the country that year, further cementing South Africa’s status as one of Tamia’s most devoted international audiences.
Her 2026 return will see her revisit the same major cities that previously embraced her, with the tour kicking off on August 6, at the Grand Arena, GrandWest in Cape Town. She will then perform at the Durban ICC on August 7, before closing the tour on August 10 at SunBet Arena, Time Square in Pretoria.
Speaking ahead of her return, Tamia said South Africa has remained a special part of her touring journey.
“South Africa has always shown me so much love, and I’m incredibly excited to return this August,” she said.
“Performing during Women’s Month makes it even more special; I can’t wait to share these moments with my fans and celebrate the power of music together.”
