Multi-media personality Rachel Kolisi recently shared an Instagram Story of herself and former Springbok WAG, Aimee Kitshoff, enjoying a day out together in Cape Town.

Aimee is the wife of Springbok player Steven Kitshoff, who was forced into retirement this year following a spinal injury.

The outing comes just days after rumours swirled online that Rachel has unfollowed long-time friend and fellow WAG, Saskia Snyman, the wife of rugby player RG Snyman, on Instagram.

According to the online gossip mill, Siya Kolisi's rumoured new 23-year-old girlfriend is said to have shaken up Rachel and Synman's friendship.

The rift began when Snyman was spotted vibing with Dutch model and TV star Rachel John (now known as "the other Rachel") overseas.

It was also mentioned that Rachel had allegedly disassociated with other Springboks WAGs as well.

However, on Instagram, Rachel squashed the rumours by sharing a look at her outing with Aimee.

The two seem to be pretty tight, as they enjoyed riding horses on the beach in Cape Town.

According to reports, Aimee has been a constant in Rachel's circle ever since she moved back to Cape Town to start her new single life with her kids, Nicholas and Keziah Kolisi.

Rachel and Aimee have been friends for a while, even spending time together in different parts of the world while their partners played rugby.

They also frequently interact on social media, often leaving supportive comments on each other's posts, further solidifying their bond.

The look into their fun-filled outing hints that, despite the online drama, Rachel is focused on positive friendships.
